Vessel Walkthrough
OCEAN MODELS has a very unique and comfortable layout. As you enter the huge aft deck you may either take the stairs to the flybridge, walk around either side deck to the bow, enter the crew/engine room staircase, exit onto the swim platform or enter the salon thru (2) electric stainless steel doors.Once in the salon, there is a large L-shaped sofa to the port and an oversized table with chairs to the starboard.Moving forward to port is an enclosed galley. Again, moving forward is a day head and (2) staircases leading up to a huge enclosed pilothouse and another staircase leading down to (3) oversized staterooms, all with ensuite heads. The VIP is to the port with a queen size bed and the 3rd stateroom is to thestarboard with twin custom bunks that sleep 4 or 2. These bunks were custom made whereas the top bunk, when not in use, motorizes up into the ceiling and hides away.Forward is a magnificent and large master with an oversized head. The flybridge is oversized with plenty of room for entertaining. It also includes a Jacuzzi, bar and grill. The bow area is huge with room for (25) people. It also includes a Jacuzzi. The crews quarters are aft and sleep (3). There is also another berth aft in the pilothouse.OCEAN MODELS was custom fitted with custom lighting, TV's and movie cameras throughout for a proposed live reality show at the cost of $250,000. This custom system is included in the price of the boat, but can be removed as well, if the buyer has no interest.
